Return Policy
At ModAccents, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Service team at support@modaccents.com or call us at 855.306.5479 to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will be refused, and no credit will be issued.
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition with original packaging and tags.
- Used, worn, installed, or modified products are not eligible for return.
- Returns beyond 30 days from receipt will not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is typically customer’s responsibility, unless item is damaged or incorrect.
- Use FedEx or UPS only. USPS and other carriers may be refused.
- Provide a return tracking number to ensure proper credit.
- If your return lowers your order total below $75, a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns (exceptions: damaged, defective, or misrepresented items).
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or built-to-order items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we’ll cover the return shipping. Note: slight color variations due to screen differences do not qualify as defects.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for merchandise only, excluding shipping and restocking fees.
- Please allow 10–14 business days for your return to be processed.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–4 business days to appear and up to 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement.
